Classroom Birthday Baskets

The Saucon Valley Food Service Department offers Birthday Baskets for students in Grades K-4. Treats are delivered directly to your child's classroom on your selected date.

Basket Options ($2.50 Per Student)

Each basket includes three snack items, a birthday sticker for each student, and a special certificate for the birthday child.

Package One

  • Whole Grain Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Vanilla Ice Cream OR Fruit Icy
  • Apple Juice OR Fruit Punch

Package Two

  • GF Popcorn OR Rice Krispies Treat
  • Apple Slices OR Fruit Icy
  • Apple Juice OR Fruit Punch

Requirements

  • Notice: Orders must be submitted 2 weeks in advance.
  • Payment: Full payment via cash or check (payable to SVSD Cafeteria).
  • Policy: Payments cannot be taken from student lunch accounts. Orders will not be accepted if there is a negative account balance.

⚠️ Allergy Alert & Classroom Safety Notice

To help ensure the safety of all students, parents/guardians are responsible for checking with their child’s teacher regarding any food allergies within the classroom before placing a birthday basket order.

If there are students in the classroom with food allergies or dietary restrictions, parents must select appropriate alternative items and clearly indicate on the order form:

  • The allergy involved
  • The safe alternative item(s) chosen
  • The number of students who require the alternative

Our goal is to allow all students to safely participate in classroom celebrations.

Please note: While the Food Service Department makes every effort to offer allergy-conscious options, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to select items that are appropriate for the classroom based on teacher guidance and allergy needs.
