This is certainly an exciting time for you and your child as they prepare to embark on their kindergarten journey.

Kindergarten Registration will be available online only via InfoSnap, starting on: February 18, 2026

Age Requirements
To enroll in Kindergarten, your child must be:
Five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2026.
Policy Exception Details
- Exceptions are possible up to thirty (30) days after this deadline. Review the official policy HERE.
- Requests for exception **MUST** be screened at SVES prior to August 1, 2026.
Registration Reminders
Please click HERE for a list of required documents needed during registration. These documents can be scanned and uploaded as part of the online registration. We recommend securing as many of these as possible before the online registration portal opens.

Screening Event Schedule
A Kindergarten Screening Event will take place for all incoming Kindergarten students on: May 5th and 6th
More information will follow soon, including how to sign up for your specific Screening Event time slot.
Summer SAIL Program
Summer Academy for Incoming Learners (SAIL)
To assist with your child's transition into Kindergarten, the Saucon Valley School District, in partnership with Lehigh University, will offer the SAIL Academy. This program helps with school readiness, both social and academic.
- Tentative Dates: July 13th - 23rd (Monday-Thursday)
- Time & Location: 9 to 11 a.m. at Saucon Valley Elementary School
- Cost & Acceptance: There is no charge (voluntary attendance). Acceptance is first come - first serve for the 60 available spots.
